Job summary

Mgrow Education is seeking a Production Head to lead planning, supervision, and execution across LAN, CCTV, and cable assembly lines at our plant. The role requires ensuring targets, quality, and delivery timelines while optimizing resources and minimizing waste.

The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, supervise production teams, and collaborate with QA, Stores, and Maintenance to maintain smooth operations and compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 812 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in cable/harness assembly, LAN networking components, or CCTV systems manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day production schedules for LAN, CCTV, and cable assembly lines.
• Coordinate with AM Production, Supervisors, and Operators to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Monitor production output and report variances against planned targets.
• Drive efficiency improvements and reduce wastage across all production lines.
• Collaborate with QA, Stores, and Maintenance for smooth production flow.
• Ensure all production processes follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in product trials, new product introductions, and engineering changes.
• Conduct team briefings, toolbox talks, and performance reviews for production staff.
• Maintain production records, shift logs, and MIS reports.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Production Head is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all production activities across the LAN, CCTV, and Cable Assembly manufacturing lines.
