Job summary

BDHRS TALENT 4.0 PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily cable manufacturing operations in Delhi. You will manage core processes, ensure quality, and minimize downtime and waste while maintaining accurate shift records.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting trials and testing of new products, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to production targets.

Qualifications

• Strong technical grasp of cable manufacturing and machinery.
• Hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with plant safety norms and quality documentation.
