Job summary

Emerson Vadodara is seeking an on-site service engineer responsible for executing field service jobs and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. You will follow Emerson safety and standard procedures, complete jobs on schedule, and prepare site visit reports with customer sign-off.

You will provide technical support to Project/Engineering, stay current with Emerson measurement solutions, support installation, commissioning, AMC and ARC services, and manage related calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Experience and knowledge on field products commissioning.
• Good knowledge in Level, Flow, Wireless, Corrosion technologies.
• Work Experience on PT/DPT/TT, Radar level, Coriolis, Magnetic & Vortex flow meters, flow computers, pumps and digital valves.
• Knowledge of HART, Foundation Fieldbus, WI-Hart, RS485 protocols.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for on-site service job execution and completion to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Execute services in line with Emerson safety and standard procedures within schedule.
• Prepare site visit reports / MOM and obtain customer sign-off after each job.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and escalations; coordinate corrective actions with both sides.
• Ensure compliance with Emerson QMS and Work Instructions; maintain standards.
• Provide technical assistance to Project/Engineering department as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Emerson measurement solutions and share with the service team.
• Provide installation, commissioning, AMC, and ARC service support; keep AMC/ARC calendar current.
• Manage LTSA, shutdowns and audits; maintain service visit data and reports.
• Gain experience with field products commissioning; knowledge of Level, Flow, Wireless, Corrosion tech.
• Work with PT/DPT/TT, Radar level, Coriolis, Magnetic & Vortex flow meters, flow computers, pumps, valves.
• Knowledge of communication protocols: HART, Foundation Fieldbus, WI-Hart, RS485.
