Job summary

Emerson in Maharashtra, India is seeking a software test engineer to validate HART, FF and PROFIBUS protocol-based integration with DeltaV/AMS systems, write test plans, log issues, and report test metrics to the team.

You will work with process field devices and assets, including flow, level, temperature, pressure, and final control devices, and engage with HH475/AMS tooling. Strong communication, quick learning and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/ experience of process field devices and instruments.
• Experience with HART, Foundation Fieldbus, PROFIBUS and Modbus protocols.
• Familiarity with Asset Management System (AMS/HH475) or DeltaV.
• Strong written communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Quick learner and ability to adapt to new technology.
