Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced site execution professional in Maharashtra to coordinate with design teams, supervise contractors, and ensure successful installation and testing of HVAC systems. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and building automation knowledge.

Ideal candidates will have 8–12 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure or industrial projects, proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office tools, and a strong understanding of IS codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.
• Experience: 8–12 years in site execution in construction of infrastructure/industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with in-house architects and design team; resolve contractor queries and interact with MEP engineers to integrate systems.
• Manage estimates durations for activity, manpower requirements, and timelines.
• Direct and supervise contractors during installation.
• Conduct site inspections and testing to ensure work quality; approve supplier & materials with design team.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve unexpected problems.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of all HVAC systems.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and manuals.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols.
• Implement smart building control systems; BMS knowledge.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Coordination: Coordinate with In house architects & design team. Resolve Contractor queries. Interact with MEP Engineer of contractors to integrate systems.

Budget & Scheduling: Manage estimates durations for activity, manpower requirements, and timelines.

Contractor Oversight: Direct and supervise contractors works during installation.

Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and testing to ensure work quality. Approval of Supplier & Materials as per specifications in coordination with Design team.

Troubleshooting: Resolve issues and unexpected problems on-site.

System Testing: Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of all HVAC systems.

Documentation: Prepare technical reports, specifications, and manuals

Safety: Implement and monitor safety protocols.

Building Automation: Implement smart building control systems. BMS knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors in mechanical engineering.

Experience: 8-12 years in site execution in construction of infrastructure/ industrial billing.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office (Excel/Project).

Knowledge of Standards: Strong understanding of IS codes and relevant standards.
