Valmark Group seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and mentor a team, ensuring compliance with NBC and local regulations. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems within building design and manage budgets, timelines, and supplier contracts.
The role requires 10–15 years in MEP project management in real estate, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing, and proficient use of AutoCAD and Revit.
Ensure MEP systems comply with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Collaborate with architects, Civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into overall building design.
Manage and mentor a team of MEP engineers and site supervisors.
Prepare and manage budgets for MEP components.
Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct site inspections and audits to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
Resolve technical issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Maintain detailed records of MEP designs, approvals, and progress reports.
Present updates to Senior management and Clients.
Compliance with standards ,Ensure that all Design, Installation,and Commissioning activates adhere to specifications National Building Codes (NBC) and Relevant standards.
Monthly Management Systems (MIS)Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports to Monitor Project Progress and Performance.
Coordination With Architects and MEP Consultants.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP),Create SOP for MEP Systems.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical.
Experience: 10–15 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in real estate.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical distribution, Fire protection, and Plumbing systems Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with BESCOM/FIRE NORMS and specifications to guarantee compliance with local Regulations Team work
