Job summary

Kalinga Commercial Corporation Limited is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance MIS professional to manage and maintain the department's MIS by preparing accurate reports, updating maintenance records, and supporting effective maintenance planning. Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel; ERP knowledge preferred.
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance MIS, preferably in mining or heavy equipment industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain maintenance records for HEMM and other mining equipment.
• Update preventive, breakdown and repair maintenance data.
• Monitor equipment availability, downtime and maintenance KPIs.
• Maintain spare parts consumption and inventory records.
• Update ERP with maintenance-related information.
• Prepare equipment performance and cost analysis reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Stores, Production and Finance departments for data collection and reconciliation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
