Job summary

Kalinga Commercial Corporation Limited in Singrauli, MP, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability and availability of HEMM equipment across mining operations. You will lead preventive and breakdown maintenance for excavators, dumpers, dozers, loaders, graders, drills and DG sets, ensuring safe, uninterrupted production.

You will plan spares, supervise site mechanics, maintain records and MIS, and ensure DGMS and Mines Act compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-8 years in HEMM maintenance in mining operation.
• Experience with maintenance planning and breakdown analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HEMM fleet: excavators, dumpers, dozers, loaders, graders, drills and DG sets.
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM guidelines.
• Ensure high equipment availability and reduced downtime.
• Analyze breakdowns and implement reliability improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with DGMS, Mines Act and safety SOPs.
• Plan critical spares and coordinate with stores/material teams.
• Supervise mechanical manpower at site.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history and MIS.
