2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Vizag is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – HEMM to lead maintenance of heavy earth moving equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance and equipment reliability.

You will manage maintenance planning, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues, lead workshop and site teams, and ensure safety, records, MIS and timely availability of equipment.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering – Mandatory.
• 7+ years hands-on experience in HEMM / Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Hands-on with heavy equipment: Excavators, Loaders, Dumpers, Crushers, EOT cranes, HCVs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of HEMM and heavy machinery.
• Maintain equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
• Lead maintenance teams and coordinate with site and corporate teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – HEMM with strong hands‑on experience in maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery and heavy equipment .

The ideal candidate should have expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, team handling, and maintenance planning .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of HEMM and heavy machinery.
• Handle maintenance of Excavators, Loaders, Dumpers, Crushers, EOT Cranes, HCVs, and similar equipment .
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Conduct breakdown analysis, RCA , and implement corrective actions.
• Lead maintenance teams and manage workshop/site maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, records, MIS, and reports.
• Coordinate with site and corporate teams to achieve maintenance and reliability targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
