Job summary

Mployee.me in Bengaluru is seeking a Field and Service Engineer with 5–6 years of mechanical experience to strengthen field support, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve customer satisfaction for field operations and zero km services.

You will manage projects and validate prototypes for mobile applications, coordinate with source plant teams and internal service organizations, and develop strong cross-functional relationships to ensure timely issue resolution and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• B.E. Mechanical with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth product knowledge including fault finding, troubleshooting, assembly/dis-assembly, testing.
• Trouble shooting skills and adaptability with strong communication.
