Job summary

BVR People Consulting is seeking a maintenance engineer in India to handle breakdown and preventive maintenance across injection molding and assembly lines.

The role requires hands-on experience with PLCs from Mitsubishi, Keyence, Toshiba, Schneider, and Yaskawa, and familiarity with HMI, VFD, hydraulics, and pneumatics. You will also support machine commissioning and maintenance KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge and drawings required.
• Experience with Mitsubishi PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Keyence, Toshiba, Schneider Electric, and Yaskawa PLCs.
• Hands-on experience in HMI, VFD, and machine troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Yaskawa robotics.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

• Support for new machine commissioning, trials, spare planning, and shutdown maintenance
• Preparation and maintenance of MTTR, MTBF, machine availability, and maintenance KPI reports
• System documentation work using Excel, PPT, and maintenance analysis reports
