Job summary

ARaymond, a global leader in fastening and assembly systems, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to handle preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance across machineries in a clean, high-tech environment.

You will implement preventive plans, troubleshoot injection molding machines and SPMs, manage energy and utility equipment, and generate downtime and MTBF/MTTR reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
• 3–6 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all machine equipment.
• Implement autonomous/weekly/monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance as per plan.
• Troubleshoot Injection molding machines and SPMs (Metal Bending, Stamping, Assembly).
• Maintain and troubleshoot Utility Equipment like Compressor, Transformer, DG, Cooling Tower & Fire Hydrant.
• Prepare reports on machine downtime and energy consumption for stakeholders.

Role and responsibilities

• Responsible for all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all machine equipment (Facility Electric Equipment/Electric fittings)
• Implementation of autonomous / weekly/monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance as per pla
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Injection molding machine
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of SPM's ( Metal Bending, Stamping, Assembly SPM's)
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Utility Equipment like Compressor, Transformer, DG, Cooling Tower & Fire Hydrant Etc..
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Metal Furnace
• Prepares thebreakdown root cause analysis
• Respond to machine problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions
• Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for machine equipment if needed
• Prepare Weekly/Monthly production failure/machine downtime report
• Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and 5S in the work area
• Spare Management & inventory control for machine spares
• Implement the TPM tool in operations as per the organization guidelines
• Successful implementation of predictive maintenance tool.
• Responsible for Energy efficiency project
• Prepare the data of MTBF,MTTR, downtimes for the machines
• Generate reports detailing energy consumption, Cost and saving for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to understand energy requirements and assess potential Improvements
• Adhere to the government regulations and compliances
• Training & Development of subordinates on technical subjects
• Demonsrating good practises to the team members to improve the departmental results

Education and experience

B.E./B. Tech/Diploma (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) with 3 to 6 Years experience
