Job summary

BVR People Consulting seeks an Electrical Maintenance & Automation Engineer for Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing environments, with strong PLC programming and robotics skills.

You will manage preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot Fanuc/Yaskawa/Mitsubishi systems, and support new installations, trials and spare parts planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in PLCs and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on PLC programming, modification and troubleshooting Mitsubishi, Keyence, Toshiba, Schneider, Yaskawa.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Fanuc controls, VFDs, HMIs and industrial robots.
• Experience in injection molding, stamping, press machines, conveyors and motor maintenance.
• Good knowledge of electrical circuits, drawings, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Support new machine installation, commissioning, trials and spare-parts planning.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability and maintenance cost.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
