Job summary

Neurealm Company is seeking an EUC specialist to perform major responsibilities and technical support activities for client IT environments in Mumbai and Bangalore. Immediate to 15 days joiner; on-site work with 24x7 shift support and 24/7 operations.

The role requires installing and configuring client systems, handling support requests, coordinating with OEMs, diagnosing hardware/software/network issues, and maintaining asset management and service records.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring client computer systems.
• Responding to client IT support requests and providing on-site technical support.
• Coordinating with vendors (OEMs) for hardware issues until closure.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Addressing P1 and P2 ticket issues and offering solutions that meet client needs.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
• Supporting asset management, project activities, and data center operations.
• Coordinating with other teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintaining strong client relations.
• Tracking work records and compiling job reports.
