Mumbai is seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Manager to lead enterprise end-user technology services, endpoint management, and IT support operations across corporate offices, branch locations, dealing rooms, and senior leadership teams. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years in EUC, desktop engineering, and IT infrastructure, with expertise in Microsoft 365 and endpoint tools like Intune, SCCM, or Jamf.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of End User Computing, desktop engineering, and IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS environments.
• Experience handling L3 escalations, SLA ownership, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage End User Computing (EUC) operations across corporate offices, branches, and business users.
• Deliver L1/L2/L3 support while ensuring adherence to SLAs and service quality standards.
• Handle major incidents, escalations, and problem management for critical business users.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle including procurement, provisioning, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and secure disposal.
• Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or equivalent tools.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, collaboration platforms, and enterprise desktop environments.
• Oversee software deployment, OS upgrades, patch management, endpoint compliance, and device encryption.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, CMDB accuracy, warranty tracking, and asset governance.
• Provide VIP, executive, branch, and dealing-room support during business-critical operations.
• Coordinate with Security Operations to ensure endpoint security, EDR compliance, phishing response, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage vendors, OEMs, and third-party service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor ticket queues, SLA compliance, and drive continual service improvements.
• Develop SOPs, support documentation, knowledge base articles, and service dashboards.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce repeat incidents and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams for seamless IT service delivery.

The candidate should possess strong experience in handling L3 escalations, ticket management, SLA ownership, endpoint lifecycle management, asset lifecycle management, and vendor coordination.This position requires excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to support VIP users, drive endpoint security and compliance initiatives, manage device provisioning, software deployment, patch management, and collaborate with internal security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless business operations. Exposure to branch support, dealing-room support, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and automation initiatives will be an added advantage.
