Qualifications

• Strong understanding of US HR compliance, workplace policies, and employment practices.
• Experience handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and performance-related discussions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and counseling abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
• Comfortable working regular US night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate employee complaints, grievances, conflicts, and policy violations in a fair and timely manner.

• Support performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and employee counseling initiatives.
• Conduct employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and retention-focused programs.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee relations cases.
• Partner with HR Operations, Recruitment, and Business Leaders to resolve employee issues effectively.
• Analyze employee trends, identify areas of concern, and recommend proactive solutions.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes from an employee relations perspective.
