Job summary

Tek Ninjas is seeking a US HR - Employee Relations Specialist to manage the post-placement experience of US Non-IT consultants in Hyderabad and serve as the primary HR contact for their needs. The role emphasizes timely support, clear communication, and smooth resolution of employment-related matters.

Responsibilities include addressing payroll, timesheet, attendance, benefits, and policy questions, with coordination across Payroll, Benefits, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in US Staffing HR, Consultant Relations, Employee Relations, Candidate Engagement.
• Prior experience supporting US-based consultants/employees is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing consultant lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently in a US shift environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for US Non-IT consultants throughout their assignment.
• Manage consultant queries related to payroll, timesheets, attendance, benefits, leave, documentation, and HR policies.
• Assist consultants with timesheet portals, login/access issues, submissions, corrections, and approvals.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve consultant issues.
• Conduct regular consultant check-ins to understand concerns and maintain engagement.
• Monitor and follow up on pending timesheets, documentation, and other compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of consultant interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Handle employee concerns professionally and elevate complex matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support a positive consultant experience and strengthen post-placement retention and engagement.
