Job summary

Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.) Gurgaon is seeking an Employee Relations/HR professional with exceptional Telugu communication to join our BPO team and help create a positive workplace experience.

You will handle grievances, drive engagement, support counselling and conflict resolution, and work with Operations to address people-related concerns while promoting retention and clear HR policy communication.
