Job summary

TP is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations professional based in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India, to strengthen workplace culture and productivity. You will lead relations initiatives, coordinate with HR, and train teams on engagement and conflict resolution.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and analytical skills with experience in HR systems and performance tools. This is a fulltime on-site position with TP's HR team.

Qualifications

• Proven employee relations experience, preferably in a BPO/Call Centre.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with conflict resolution and mediation techniques.
