Job summary

Busy Infotech invites an experienced HR professional to lead HR initiatives within its Noida and Delhi offices. The role focuses on implementing SOPs, training programs, policy deployment and retention strategies across partner centers.

The candidate should have hands-on BPO HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive engagement and governance through analytics and on-floor leadership.

Qualifications

• HR professional with hands-on experience in the call center/BPO industry.
• Experience implementing HR SOPs, training initiatives, policy implementations and employee retention initiatives.
• Role requires work in Noida and Delhi offices.

Responsibilities

• Implement hiring SOPs, conduct hiring data audits, and ensure quality of hiring.
• Collaborate with partner centre HR personnel to execute projects seamlessly.
• Implement and sustain HR framework for partner org.
• Execute monthly and quarterly engagement initiatives.
• Implement training frameworks with LMS analytics and reporting.
• Build strong on-floor connect to understand employee pulse and address grievances.
• Drive engagement programs and rewards/recognition for retention and growth.
• Report policy governance, audits and documentation.
• Analyze attrition trends, hiring metrics and employee lifecycle data.
• Partner with operations to build targeted retention strategies for high-risk cohorts.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in implementing HR SOPs, Implement training initiatives, policy implementations and employee retention initiatives. This role requires work in the Noida office and Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Quality / Pipeline

. Implement hiring SOPs, conduct hiring data audits, and responsible for quality of hiring.

• Collaborate with partner centre HR personnel to execute projects seamlessly.

Implementing HR Framework

Implement and sustain HR framework for partner org

• Execute monthly and quarterly engagement initiatives

. Implement training frameworks- defined LMS including analytics and reporting

• Build strong on-floor connect to understand pulse of employees and address grievances
• Drive engagement programs, R&R initiatives for higher employee retention and growth.

Governance & Analytics

• Report policy governance, audits & documentation

. Data analysis including attrition trends, hiring metrics and employee lifecycle data interpretation including pay, incentive, growth etc.

• Partner with operations to build targeted retention strategies for high-risk cohorts.
