Job summary

HR India Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC lead to manage a team of EC consultants and deliver scalable, compliant solutions for clients in India.

You will design and configure SAP SuccessFactors EC modules, handle data migration and integration, and ensure on-time, within-budget project execution. Strong collaboration, documentation, and mentoring of staff are essential; certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Success Factor EC implementation, incl. data migration and security configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP EC reporting/analytics, incl. SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Familiarity with SAP EC cloud platform, including deployment models, security, and integration.
• Experience with team handling: resource allocation, project planning, and performance management.
• Certification in SAP Success Factor EC or related SAP modules.
