Job summary

Cloudxtreme seeks an SAP SuccessFactors EC specialist to lead implementation of Employee Central modules, configure and customize EC to meet business needs, and develop Story Reports for analytics.

You will implement Role-Based Permissions, work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and provide end-user training and post‑go-live support.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors EC certified.
• Experience with Story Reporting and Role-Based Permissions.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• 410 years of relevant experience in SAP EC Implementation.
