Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) consultant to design, configure, and deploy EC modules across client environments. You will gather business requirements, set up foundation and MDF objects, and ensure smooth integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

The role involves handling workflows, rules, event reasons, and position management, along with testing and data migration activities.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC experience.
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Knowledge of Employee Central foundation and MDF objects.
• Experience with data migration and integrations.

• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
