Job summary

PRAYAG HOSPITAL in India’s healthcare network invites an Emergency Incharge to lead the ER team with focus on patient safety and efficient triage.

You will manage the Emergency Department, supervise staff and duty rosters, oversee triage and critical cases, and ensure medicines and equipment are available for timely treatment. Candidates should hold BSc, GNM, MBBS or MHA with 2–5 years ER experience and proven leadership; this is a full-time role with shift duties.

Qualifications

• BSc, GNM, MBBS or MHA are acceptable qualifications.
• 2–5 years ER experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Emergency Dept and oversee daily operations.
