Job summary

Drlogy is seeking a Medical Officer – Emergency in Gurugram. The role requires handling immediate assessment, stabilization, and treatment of patients in medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies within a busy ED.

The position demands MBBS with a relevant PG degree (MD/MS/DNB preferred), and experience in critical care settings. You will coordinate with consultants and hospital teams to deliver prompt, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• MBBS with PG qualifications required.
• MD/MS/DNB acceptable for Emergency/Urgent care.
• Experience in Emergency or critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and stabilize emergency patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute medical, surgical, and trauma cases.
• Perform emergency procedures including airway management, CPR, suturing, and wound care.
• Prescribe medications, investigations, and emergency treatments.
• Coordinate referrals with consultants and specialty departments.
• Monitor critically ill patients until admission, transfer, or discharge.
• Maintain accurate emergency medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, lab, radiology, ambulance and ICU teams.

Medical Officer – Emergency is responsible for providing immediate assessment, stabilization, diagnosis, and treatment of patients presenting with medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies. The ensures rapid clinical intervention, effective coordination with specialists, and high standards of emergency patient care.

Role & Responsibilities
