Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru is seeking an Embedded & VLSI Recruiter to lead end-to-end sourcing for niche Embedded Systems and VLSI roles, including C2H engagements, for product-based clients. This on-site role requires minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience and strong stakeholder coordination.

You will manage candidate pipelines, screen and shortlist, coordinate F2F interviews at client locations, and ensure high-quality hires through efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong exposure to Embedded and VLSI domain hiring.
• Contract hiring (C2H) experience is mandatory.
• Experience working with product-based clients.
• Good understanding of sourcing tools, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quick turnarounds and a high quality of hires.
