Job summary

Delphin Energy Pvt. Ltd. seeks an Online Service Engineer to provide remote, VC-based technical support for solar water pumps and street lighting systems. You will guide customers through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting while ensuring smooth operation of our solar solutions.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of PCB, VFD, and pump systems, plus strong communication in English and Hindi. Experience in solar or renewable energy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of PCB, VFD and pump systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language helpful.
• Familiar with video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via video calls, phone, and online platforms.
