Base pay range

Job Title: Education Counselor

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Andheri, Borivali, Thane

Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 INR (Fixed) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on available courses, career paths, and admission procedures.
• Understand students’ needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Assist students in completing the admission process, including document submission.
• Maintain and update records of student inquiries and enrollments.
• Achieve assigned targets for student enrollments and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and educational programs to provide accurate guidance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
