Job summary

Analytics Training Hub in Delhi is seeking a motivated candidate to counsel prospective learners and handle customer interactions. The role includes retaining and up-selling, scheduling classes through daily calls, and pitching products to interested students.

You will provide detailed information via email, phone, chat and social media, addressing queries about courses and guiding learners through the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; 1 year experience preferred but freshers are welcome.
• Good communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Counseling and customer handling.
• Retention & up-selling activities.
• Handle day-to-day calls to schedule classes.
• Call interested students and pitch products.
• Provide in-depth information to prospective learners via email, phone, chat, and social media.
• Resolve candidate queries relating to the course.
• Identify references from the learner database to increase sales pipeline.
