Job summary

Oakya It Services is seeking an Education Counselor to engage with students, address their questions, and guide them through admissions. You will collaborate with families, qualify leads, and coordinate with faculty to facilitate the admissions process.

The role requires bilingual/multilingual communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA required.
• 0–2 years of progressive experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct education counseling sessions with students and address questions and goals.
• Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets.
• Communicate with prospects via phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM.

• Conduct one-on-one with Clients and faculty members to facilitate the admissions process and provide accurate information to students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / MBA
• 0 - 2 years of progressive experience
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu
• Ability to work in fast moving environment.
• Should be confident and a fast learner
• Smart enough to gauge customer requirement
