Job summary

White Force Outsourcing Services is seeking a Student Advisor to guide students and parents through education programs, aligning aspirations with enrollment targets. You will assess needs, provide academic counseling, and present Digital programs as a product expert to drive conversions.

This role demands strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. You will engage with prospects via calls and emails, maintain data in CRM systems, and collaborate with the team

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 14 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales.
• EdTech sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM handling and CTI tools.
• Knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, fast learner, and result-driven mindset.
• Flexible to work in a target-oriented environment.
