Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Guidance:
- Counsel students and professionals regarding available courses, certifications, career opportunities, and learning paths.
- Understand student backgrounds, career goals, and skill gaps to recommend suitable programs.
- Provide accurate information about course structure, fees, duration, placements, and certifications.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions through calls, video meetings, walk-ins, and webinars.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
Admission & Lead Conversion:
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries efficiently.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
- Convert leads into successful admissions by effective counselling and relationship management.
- Maintain daily lead tracking and admission reports in CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Coordination & Student Support:
- Coordinate with academic, placement, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Assist students with enrollment, documentation, fee collection, and batch scheduling.
- Resolve student queries and provide continuous support during the admission process.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and positive learning experience.
Marketing & Outreach Support:
- Support seminars, workshops, webinars, and career guidance events.
- Participate in educational fairs and promotional activities.
- Generate referrals through existing students and networking.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

Graduated in any discipline.
An MBA/Marketing background is an added advantage.
Experience in EdTech, Training Institute, Coaching Center, or Education Industry preferred.
