M S Services Gurgaon is seeking a dynamic Education Counsellor to guide prospective students and manage the end-to-end admissions process for professional programs in Gurgaon. The role demands strong communication, a sales mindset and a proven ability to convert leads into enrollments.

Responsibilities include counselling via calls, WhatsApp and email, assessing student needs, managing the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrollment, achieving monthly targets, and maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Male candidate preferred with 2 years in education counselling or sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Target-driven with ability to meet monthly admission targets.
• Experience with CRM (Zoho CRM knowledge is a plus).
