Job summary

Growthhub Consultants is seeking a detail‑oriented candidate to manage Shopify-driven order processing, tracking from receipt to dispatch, and to coordinate with warehouse teams for picking, packing and timely shipment.

The role also involves maintaining Shopify inventory, generating invoices and shipping labels, handling returns and queries, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with courier partners to ensure on‑time delivery, with regular reporting.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders from Shopify Seller Panel
• Process & monitor online orders from receipt to dispatch
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing & timely shipment
• Maintain inventory & stock updates on Shopify
• Generate invoices,shipping labels
• Handle returns, exchanges & order-related queries
• Monitor product availability & coordinate stock replenishment
• Work with courier partners to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
