Responsibilities

• Website Management: Update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images; ensure user-friendly, error-free site; coordinate with tech team to fix issues.
• Product Catalogue Management: Create and maintain product catalogues; organize products into categories; ensure inventory data accuracy.
• Order Management: Monitor orders from placement to delivery; coordinate with warehouse and logistics; handle cancellations, returns and refunds.
• Customer Service: Respond to queries and complaints; aim for a positive shopping experience; work to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels; coordinate with procurement and warehouse; prevent stock-outs and overstock.
