About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations. You’ll be closely involved in the backend of running an online store—from working with vendors and updating stock to preparing orders for shipment.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to understand how e-commerce really works behind the scenes and grow in the world of online retail. Freshers are welcome—if you’re organized, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a growing digital-first brand, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor & Supply Coordination – Assist in managing vendor relationships, negotiating basics, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Purchasing & Inventory – Place and track purchase orders, update stock levels, and help avoid out-of-stock issues.
• Order Management – Support in processing, packing, and labeling customer orders to ensure accuracy and great unboxing experiences.
• Logistics Support – Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery updates.
• Marketplace Support – Assist in updating product listings, stock, and order status across e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Operational Support – Provide day-to-day assistance to the operations team to keep workflows running smoothly.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of e-commerce processes (orders, inventory, vendors, logistics).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced online retail environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers welcome! Prior experience in operations, e-commerce, or logistics is a bonus.
