Job summary

Bhagyanagar Gas is seeking an HR Generalist to drive end-to-end recruitment, policy implementation, and HR analytics. You will manage employee relations, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance while supporting L&D and PMS initiatives.

The role requires knowledge of Labour laws, ERP systems, and stakeholder liaison. Candidates with MBA/PG in HR and at least 1–2 years of post-qualification experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in HR/generalist roles in reputed organisations.
• MBA in HR or Personnel Management with AICTE/UGC recognition.
• Experience in labour laws, HRIS/ERP and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment in a talent acquisition profile.
• Support formulation and implementation of HR policies.
• Monitor HR analytics and HRIS/ERP systems usage.

Job description

Candidate should be having the capability to work in the HR function and have experience as a HR Generalist

• Handling end-to-end recruitment of candidates in a talent acquisition profile.
• Support in formulating HR policies and implementation.
• Knowledge of HR technology tools, process and systems, HR analytics, knowledge of ERP systems.
• Managing employee relations, knowledge of Industrial and Labour Laws and Contract Labour Management.
• Learning and Development plan in identifying and analyzing training needs of the organization and e-learning techniques and platforms.
• Knowledge in PMS and Talent Management systems.
• Salary processing, disbursement and attendance management of employees & related statutory compliances.
• Organisational Development initiatives.

Experience

Officer: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in reputed Organizations / Groups

Two year regular fulltime with min 60% marks in post-graduation in equivalent course in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / MBA in HR / Personnel Management from AICTE approved / UGC recognized institute / university.

Experience

Minimum 01-year post qualification experience in reputed Organizations/Groups.

Age Limit

26 years for Officer (HR) as on date of advertisement.

Compensation

CTC starts from 7.20 lakhs per annum with Other Benefits.

CTC Pay Band: 7.20 9.90 lakhs.
