Job summary

EVEMEN is seeking an E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day D2C operations, order fulfilment, dispatch and customer coordination. You will own Shopify order flow, oversee picking/packing, track shipments, and coordinate with couriers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in D2C/e-commerce operations, Shopify experience preferred, and strong Excel/Sheets skills with good English communication. Work from Office in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in D2C/e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience in daily order management and customer coordination.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Shopify experience preferred; familiarity with courier/logistics platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify orders from placement to dispatch and delivery.
• Oversee daily picking, packing, and dispatch of orders and consignments.
• Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled and split shipments; track COD/prepaid status and returns.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners; maintain accurate MIS and Google Sheets.
• Track key metrics: orders, fulfillment, dispatch, COD %, RTO %, returns, NDR and pending orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and liaison with warehouse teams.
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, Instagram DM and email with solutions.
• Identify operational issues and elevate to management; assist in implementing Shopify/WMS.

We are looking for an E-commerce & Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day D2C operations, order fulfilment, dispatch and basic customer coordination.

Role & responsibilities

• * Manage Shopify orders from order placement to dispatch and delivery.
• * Managing daily picking, packing, and dispatch of orders and consignments.
• * Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled and split shipments.
• * Manage COD/prepaid orders and payment status.
• * Track NDR, RTO, returns and exchanges.
• * Coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
• * Maintain accurate daily MIS and Google Sheets.
• * Track key metrics such as orders, fulfillment, dispatch, COD %, RTO %, returns, NDR and pending orders.
• * Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• * Handle all customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram DM and email providing adequate solutions.
• * Identify operational issues and elevate them to the management.
• * Help implement and manage Shopify/WMS.
• * Full end to end dispatchment & cordination with our aggregators and retail partners

We are looking for someone who can independently manage the daily e-commerce operation and ensure that orders move smoothly from Shopify warehouse dispatch customer.

Requirements

• * 24 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce operations.
• * Shopify experience preferred.
• * Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• * Experience with courier/OMS/WMS platforms preferred.
• * Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• * Fashion/apparel e-commerce experience is a plus.

Salary: 50,00060,000/month, depending on experience
