Job summary

Blue Club Collection in Rajkot, India is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Operations & Marketing Executive to manage online business and support exciting marketing and event activities. You will coordinate product shoots, manage listings on Shopify, handle daily inventory and order fulfilment, and support campaigns and voucher programs.

• Experience in Fashion/Retail/E-Commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product shoots and manage garment photography/edits.
• List products using AI tools and manage website content on Shopify and related platforms.
• Oversee daily inventory and stock updates; handle orders (COD/Prepaid/Returns).
• Process order picking, packing and store coordination; support fulfillment via calling/WhatsApp.
• Create engaging WhatsApp and digital marketing content; assist campaign shoots.
• Coordinate printing and voucher management (offers, gifting, events).
• Support new store launches, events and Diwali gifting activities.
• Coordinate with stores, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely marketing activities.

• Daily inventory & stock updates
• Order management – COD / Prepaid / Returns / Billing

MARKETING & CREATIVE
