Job summary

Zealmax Innovations is seeking a hands-on Operations/Warehouse Executive to manage inbound shipments, inventory, and returns for a D2C brand. You will supervise a small team, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely, accurate processing across all platforms.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in operations or logistics, with D2C e-commerce exposure, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets. The role offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• D2C brand experience in e-commerce operations is mandatory.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce or product-based warehouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inward shipment receiving, verification, and storage allocation.
• Handle labeling, counting, and processing of new and bulk shipments.
• Manage packaging and order processing across all sales platforms.
• Supervise the packing team to ensure accurate, timely, and quality dispatches.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, dispatches, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and workflow management.
• Manage manpower planning and porter support when required.
• Maintain warehouse discipline and workflow efficiency.
• Process return orders and verify items before restocking or write-off.
• Coordinate with logistics for return pickups and reverse shipments.
• Manage return tickets and replacement, refund, or exchange workflows.
• Update return status in operational systems and report discrepancies.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inward shipment receiving, verification, and storage allocation
• Handle labeling, counting, and processing of new and bulk shipments
• Manage packaging and order processing across all sales platforms
• Supervise the packing team to ensure accurate, timely, and quality dispatches
• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, dispatches, and shipment tracking
• Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies if any
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and workflow management
• Manage manpower planning and arrange porter support whenever required
• Maintain warehouse discipline, workflow efficiency, and operational support activities
• Process return orders received from all sales platforms and marketplaces on a daily and bulk basis
• Verify returned items for quality, condition, and completeness before restocking or write-off
• Coordinate with logistics partners for return pickups, reverse shipments, and shipment tracking
• Manage wrong and damaged return tickets and initiate replacement, refund, or exchange workflows
• Update return status and disposition accurately and in a timely manner in operational systems
• Investigate and resolve return discrepancies, including missing, mismatched, or short items
• Maintain return records and generate periodic return/RTO (Return to Origin) reports
• Coordinate with customer service and finance teams for refund processing and reconciliation
• Maintain and update operational records related to orders, inventory, dispatches, and returns

Required Skills

• Mandatory hands-on experience working in a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand or e-commerce operations environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse, dispatch, inventory, shipment, and returns operations
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage daily operational activities efficiently
• Ability to supervise a small team, maintain discipline, and ensure timely completion of work
• Experience in return order processing, reverse logistics, and RTO management
• Basic computer proficiency, including Excel, Google Sheets and SAP for operational tracking and reporting
• Good attention to detail in packaging, labeling, order processing, and stock management
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational pressure effectively
• Quick learner with a responsible, proactive, and adaptable approach toward operations
• SAP knowledge
