Qualifications

• Proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Power BI, and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in driving online revenue and CRO initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive online revenue, sales growth, and profitability across D2C and marketplaces.
• Oversee listings, promotions, and campaigns on Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.
• Manage Shopify D2C site operations, catalog, site speed, and CRO.
• Track ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR with marketing teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse to optimize inventory and reduce returns.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using GA4, Power BI, Excel.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to own, manage, and scale online business operations across Shopify D2C and key marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart). The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, optimize ad performance, streamline inventory, and track key e-commerce analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L & Strategy: Drive overall online revenue, sales growth, and profitability across D2C (Shopify) and marketplaces.
• Marketplace Operations: Oversee daily listings, rankings, promotions, campaigns, and account management on Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart.
• Shopify D2C Management: Manage website operations, cataloging, site speed, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Performance Marketing: Partner with marketing teams/agencies to track and optimize ROAS, CAC, CPC, and CTR across Meta, Google Ads, and marketplace ads.
• Catalog & Inventory: Manage SKU listings, price points, stock availability, and coordinate with warehouse teams to reduce RTOs and returns.
• Analytics & Reporting: Build daily/weekly MIS reports tracking revenue, AOV, traffic, conversion rates, and repeat purchases using GA4, Power BI, and Excel.

Key Requirements
