Job summary

Nirvana Crafthouse is seeking an organized and detail-oriented candidate to manage inventory, coordinate apparel orders, and prepare data for Shopify listings. The role involves working with multiple vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate stock and timely dispatch.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable with a hands-on environment, and experienced in e-commerce or apparel operations. This position is based in Gurugram, India.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, apparel, handicrafts, inventory or product operations will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile inventory of products, fabrics and finished garments.
• Monitor stock levels and identify items to reorder.
• Coordinate with tailors, embroiderers, suppliers and vendors for apparel orders.
• Track progress of customised and made-to-order garments.
• Coordinate end-to-end apparel orders from fabric availability to dispatch.
• Prepare Excel/Google Sheets for uploading new products on Shopify.
• Coordinate product information, photographs, pricing and details for listings.
• Support product photoshoots and new collections/product launches.
• Process and coordinate online orders and ensure timely dispatch.
• Assist with bulk craft orders, exhibitions, stalls and pop-ups.
• Support sourcing and procurement of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product records.
