Job summary

Clapbox In is seeking a meticulous Dispatch & Warehouse Supervisor to lead labeling, packaging, and shipment scheduling for outgoing orders. The role demands extreme attention to detail to prevent labeling errors and ensure 100% accuracy in every step of the dispatch process.

You will print labels, verify barcodes, coordinate with transporters, supervise truck loading, and maintain precise dispatch records.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in warehouse, factory or e-commerce dispatch/fulfillment.
• Hands-on knowledge of label printing and barcodes.
• Experience with Amazon or Flipkart order processing is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel data entry without errors.
• Knowledge of logistics transporter coordination and dispatch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the dispatch floor: labeling, packaging and shipment scheduling with 100% accuracy.
• Print barcodes, labels and sort items; verify against picking sheets; ensure exact counts.
• Schedule Amazon & Flipkart shipments and coordinate with transporters for delivery.
• Ensure properly labeled, dispatch-ready packaging for Amazon & Flipkart.
• Stage outgoing orders, supervise loading/unloading of trucks; verify box counts.
• Handover dispatch documents to drivers with clear instructions.
• Maintain accurate data of all dispatches and report discrepancies or damages.
• Supervise packaging operations to ensure efficient labeling and packing.

Role & responsibilities

Own the dispatch floor : Labelling, Packaging and shipment scheduling of all outgoing orders. Accuracy is everything: one labelling error means a rejected shipment and permanent loss. We need someone with EXTREME ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

1. Print barcodes, MRP labels, shipping labels; sort item by item and apply with 100% accuracy.
2. Verify every labelled unit against picking sheets; maintain exact label counts - No missing, No extra.
3. Schedule Amazon & Flipkart shipments.
4. Ensure secure, correctly labelled, dispatch-ready packaging for Amazon & Flipkart.
5. Stage outgoing orders; supervise loading/unloading of trucks; verify box counts before vehicle leaves.
6. Coordinate with transporters for vehicle booking and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
7. Hand over dispatch documents (invoices, appointment letter, AWB) to drivers with clear instructions.
8. Maintain accurate data of all dispatches.
9. Report discrepancies, damages or shortages immediately
10. Supervise packaging operations to ensure efficient labeling and packing of products.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements :

• 3-4 years in warehouse, Factory or E-commerce dispatch/fulfillment.
• Amazon or Flipkart order processing experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of label printing and barcodes.
• Computer efficiency daily Google Sheets/Excel data entry without errors
• Logistics knowledge transporter coordination, dispatch documentation
• Strong Supervisory & leadership skills.
• Experience supervising truck loading/unloading
• EXTREME ATTENTION TO DETAIL : The most important trait for this role.
• Reads and understands English; spoken fluency not required
• Physically fit; 6-day week
