Job summary

ILG India Fashion in Mumbai is seeking an experienced warehouse/dispatch operative to prepare and process customer orders for dispatch, ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment, and coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations, with familiarity in Unicommerce software and MS Excel, strong attention to detail, and good communication to meet daily dispatch deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Experience with e-commerce or 3PL operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Unicommerce Software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of courier aggregators and shipping portals.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
