Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities across Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and SLA compliance.

You will lead a 20–50 person team, optimize space and labor, and drive 20% reduction in order-to-ship time while coordinating with 3PLs and marketplace support teams.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with WMS and e-commerce marketplace integrations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Proven ability to optimize order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple channels from receiving to dispatch and returns.
• Drive inventory accuracy to 99.8%+ via cycle counts, bin management and WMS reconciliation.
• Lead a 20–50 member team ensuring safety, productivity KPIs and shift output targets.
• Reduce order-to-ship time by 20%+ while maintaining SLA compliance with marketplaces.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, carrier partners, and support teams for issue resolution and delays.
• Implement Lean, 5S and digital tools to cut costs YoY by ~15%.

About the Opportunity

A fast-scaling e-commerce logistics & fulfillment solutions provider operating across India’s top marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), we enable brands to scale operations with lean, tech-driven warehouse networks. Our managers oversee end-to-end fulfillment — from inbound logistics and inventory accuracy to order dispatch, returns, and vendor coordination — ensuring 99.5% SLA compliance for high-volume sellers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across Amazon/Flikart FBA/FBM compliance guidelines — from receiving to dispatch, returns, and quality checks.
• Drive inventory accuracy (99.8%+) via cycle counts, bin management, and WMS reconciliation with marketplace platforms.
• Lead a 20–50 member team — operators, pickers, packers — ensuring safety, productivity KPIs, and shift-wise output targets.
• Optimize space, labor, and workflows to reduce order-to-ship time by 20%+ while maintaining Amazon A-to-Z and Flipkart SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, carrier partners, and marketplace support teams for issue resolution, shipment delays, and refund escalations.
• Implement process improvements using Lean, 5S, and digital tools (e.g., EZOffice, Flexe, or custom WMS) to cut operational costs by 15% YoY.
