Job summary

Renewtronics Gadgets is seeking an detail-oriented E-commerce Operations professional to manage product listings across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho. You will create compelling product content, optimize pricing, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 3 years in e-commerce operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to improve performance. Immediate joiners or office-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Admin, Marketing or related field.
• 3 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of major platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Meesho).
• Proficiency in product listing, pricing, inventory management.
• MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
• Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse to prevent stock-outs.
• Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and replacements.
• Optimize listings using SEO keywords to improve visibility and sales.
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and marketplace offers.
• Analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversions to improve performance.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth fulfillment.
• Maintain marketplace compliance and performance metrics.
• Generate sales and inventory reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Work with marketing on banners, ads, and product launches.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 03 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or similar platforms.
• Good knowledge of product listing, catalog management, pricing, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic reporting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in product and order management.
• Immediate joiners or candidates willing to work from the office are preferred.
