Job summary

Cloud Raptor is seeking a Dynatrace L2 Resource for operations support in India. The role focuses on deploying Dynatrace agents, configuring monitoring, and building dashboards to support performance visibility across diverse environments including Kubernetes-based stacks.

You will perform health checks, proactive validations, and integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools, chat apps, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline incident management and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying Dynatrace agents in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring and dashboards.
• Ability to integrate observability tools with ITSM and collaboration apps.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Dynatrace agents for .NET, Java, Node.js, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Set up Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, and custom dashboards.
• Use Dynatrace Smartscape and PurePath for root-cause analysis.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Slack, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create dashboards and reports for business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration
  • Deploy and configure Dynatrace agents for diverse environments (.NET, Java, Node.js, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Set up Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and custom dashboards.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis
  • Utilize Dynatrace Smartscape, Service Flow, and PurePath for deep-dive root cause analysis.
  • Conduct proactive health checks and performance validation tests.
• Automation & Integration
  • Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools (ServiceNow), PagerDuty, Slack, and CI/CD pipelines for automated incident management.
  • Develop auto-tagging rules and anomaly detection thresholds to improve alert accuracy.
• Observability & Optimization
  • Create custom dashboards and reports for business transactions and KPIs.
