Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Dynatrace-focused professional to implement and administer Dynatrace across enterprise apps and infrastructure. You will design dashboards, alerts, and RUM, and monitor performance across AWS, Azure and GCP environments.

The role requires hands-on Dynatrace experience, Linux proficiency, and scripting skills (Bash/Python/PowerShell) to automate tasks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with DevOps and cloud teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Design and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Dynatrace.
• Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Work closely with DevOps, Application, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.
• Monitor cloud-native applications running on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Configure custom monitoring, integrations, and automation.
• Develop scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Monitor Java, .NET, Node.js applications, APIs, and Microservices.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and promote Dynatrace best practices.
• Participate in production support and critical incident management.
