Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Dynatrace specialist to implement, configure, and administer Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure in Mumbai.

You will design dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM) while coordinating with DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams. The role requires hands-on Dynatrace experience, Linux proficiency, and cloud platform expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Dynatrace experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Linux and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is required.
• Experience in production support and incident management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Design and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Dynatrace.
• Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Work closely with DevOps, Application, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.
• Monitor cloud-native applications running on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Configure custom monitoring, integrations, and automation.
• Develop scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Monitor Java, .NET, Node.js applications, APIs, and Microservices.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and promote Dynatrace best practices.
• Participate in production support and critical incident management.
