Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru, India seeks a Dynatrace Specialist to implement and administer Dynatrace across enterprise apps and infra. You will design dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and Real User Monitoring, while tracking performance and health of cloud-native apps on AWS/Azure/GCP.

The role requires hands-on Dynatrace experience, Linux, cloud platform familiarity, and CI/CD/DevOps know-how to drive automation and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Design and maintain dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Monitor performance and health of applications and infrastructure.
• Perform RCA and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Application, Cloud, and Infra teams.
• Monitor cloud-native apps on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate tasks with scripts (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor Java, .NET, Node.js apps and microservices.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and participate in incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Design and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Dynatrace.
• Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Work closely with DevOps, Application, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.
• Monitor cloud-native applications running on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Configure custom monitoring, integrations, and automation.
• Develop scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
